Terms & Conditions

Our policies and guidelines for training services

Payments & Refunds

Payment Due:

Full payment is required before or at the first session.

Accepted Payments:

Cash, Checks, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and CashApp are acceptable forms of payment. Alternative payment methods may be accepted if arrangements are made in advance.

Refunds:

No refunds after services are rendered, however services can be rescheduled at no additional fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client Cancellations:

Require at least 24 hours' notice for a reschedule; exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis in emergency situations. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit that session.

Trainer Cancellations:

If the trainer must cancel, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Safety & Liability

Dog Behavior Responsibility:

Clients acknowledge that dog training does not guarantee perfect behavior and accept responsibility for their dog's actions.

Injury Liability:

The business is not responsible for injuries to dogs, owners, or third parties during training sessions. Clients agree to disclose any history of aggression or behavioral concerns.

Vaccination & Health Requirements

For in-person sessions, dogs must be current on the following vaccinations: rabies (per legal requirements), distemper, bordetella, and leptospirosis.

Dogs should be free of contagious illnesses and parasites before attending in-person sessions.

Training Methods & Equipment

Only force-free, positive reinforcement methods are used.

Shock collars, prong collars, and corrections are not permitted in training sessions.

Clients must bring their own treats, leash, and harness—or their appropriate substitutes—unless provided.

Training Outcomes Disclaimer

Training results vary based on the dog's temperament, consistency, and client participation.

Owners are encouraged to continue practicing exercises with their dogs between sessions to reinforce learning and ensure long-term success.

Photo & Video Release

By attending training sessions, clients grant the business permission to photograph and/or record training sessions involving participants, owners, and their dogs for marketing, distribution, advertising, and educational purposes.

Clients wishing to exclude themselves or their pets from the above must submit a written opt-out request prior to the session.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Client data, including phone numbers, emails, and medical records, will never be sold or shared with third parties under any circumstances, except when legally mandated.
